Terms of Service

Effective: November 2025

These Terms of Service govern your use of FlightBid.net and related services. Please read them carefully before using the site, submitting a bid, or following any booking or affiliate links.

1. About us & status

  • JS Technologies Ltd operates FlightBid.net as a comparison and intermediary platform.
  • We do not sell flights and are not an agent for airlines, OTAs, or other providers.
  • Contracts and payments are with the relevant travel provider, on their terms.
FlightBid.net (the “Site”) is operated by JS Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16100841), with registered office at 43 Avenue Road, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 7BJ, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”). We provide an online platform allowing users to search and compare travel options and to submit non-binding “bids” that we may pass to independent providers (the “Services”). We do not sell or resell travel services, do not act as agent for airlines or online travel agents, and do not process card payments on the Site.

2. Acceptance of Terms & updates

  • Using the Site means you accept these Terms and our policies.
  • We may update Terms and will show the new effective date.
  • If you disagree, please stop using the Services.
These terms of service (the “Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Services. By accessing, browsing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Legal & Compliance information (together, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. We may amend these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect on the stated effective date. Your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility, accounts & security

  • You must be 18+ and use accurate information.
  • Keep your credentials confidential and tell us about any breach.
You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have capacity to enter into binding agreements. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorised access or security breach at support@flightbid.net.

4. Acceptable use

  • Use the Services lawfully and for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • No scraping, reverse engineering, abuse, or malware.
  • No security testing without our written consent.
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
  • use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
  • access, monitor or copy any content using robots, spiders, scrapers or other automated means without our prior written consent;
  • attempt to interfere with or compromise the integrity or performance of the Services (for example by introducing viruses, worms, trojans or other harmful material);
  • reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code except to the extent permitted by law; or
  • conduct security or penetration testing without our prior written permission.

5. Content accuracy & dynamic pricing

  • Third-party data changes quickly; availability and prices can update at checkout.
We display content, prices and availability received from third-party providers and partners. While we aim for accuracy, we do not warrant completeness, correctness or currency of such information. Caching, latency and dynamic pricing mean that results on the Site may differ from a provider’s final offer at checkout. You must review all details, inclusions (such as baggage and seats), fees and conditions on the provider’s site before completing any booking.

6. Bids, bookings & provider terms

  • Bids are expressions of interest only until a provider accepts.
  • Contracts and payments are with providers, not us.
Submitting a bid via the Services indicates an expression of interest to a provider; it does not create a contract between you and us. A binding contract (if any) arises between you and the relevant provider when accepted in accordance with the provider’s terms and conditions. All bookings, changes, cancellations, payments, refunds and customer service are handled by the provider under its policies (see the provider’s website and terms). We are not a party to any contract between you and a provider and are not responsible for the provision of travel services.

7. Affiliate disclosure & commercial relationships

  • We may earn a fee or commission when you click or book with a provider. This does not increase your price.
We may receive fees, commissions or other benefits from providers and partners when you follow links, generate an itinerary, or complete a booking. We aim to disclose commercial relationships and label paid placements in line with applicable UK CMA/ASA guidance. Such arrangements do not increase the price you pay to the provider.

8. AI features & decision-making

  • AI suggestions are informational only and do not constitute booking, legal or financial advice.
  • You must verify details with the provider before purchase.
Parts of the Services, such as itinerary planning or bid guidance, may use artificial intelligence or algorithmic models. Outputs are generated based on patterns and third-party data and may not always be accurate, complete or up-to-date. AI outputs are provided for information and convenience only and do not constitute booking confirmation, legal advice or financial advice. You remain responsible for verifying all details on the provider’s site and for your own travel decisions.

9. Changes, cancellations & refunds

  • Handled by the provider under its policy; contact the provider directly.
  • Passenger transport is generally excluded from the UK 14-day cooling-off right.
Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the provider’s terms and applicable law. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day cancellation right generally does not apply to passenger transport services. For post-booking issues, you must contact the provider directly. If you need help finding the correct provider contact route, email support@flightbid.net.

10. Liability & statutory rights

  • We provide the Services “as is” using reasonable skill and care.
  • We do not control provider content or services.
  • Your non-excludable statutory rights remain.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We shall provide the Services with reasonable skill and care but do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not control, and are not responsible for, provider content, offers or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to the foregoing, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation or otherwise, shall not exceed £100 and is limited to foreseeable loss directly caused by our breach. Your statutory rights are not affected.

11. Indemnity

  • You will cover us for losses caused by your breach or misuse of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JS Technologies Ltd, its officers, employees and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

  • Notices are deemed received when sent to your last known email.

You consent to receive communications electronically, including service messages and legal notices. Formal notices to us must be sent to legal@flightbid.net. Notices to you may be sent to the email associated with your account and are deemed received when transmitted, unless we receive a bounce-back.

16. Governing law & jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the law of England & Wales.
  • Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK or EEA may benefit from any mandatory protections afforded by the law of their country of residence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
