Legal & Compliance
Updated: November 2025
This page summarises key legal and compliance points for FlightBid.net. It complements our full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Company information
Operator: JS Technologies Ltd (England & Wales)
Company number: 16100841
Support: support@flightbid.net
Legal: legal@flightbid.net
2. Our status & affiliate disclosure
FlightBid.net is a comparison, bidding and affiliate platform. We do not sell or resell travel services, do not act as an agent for airlines, OTAs or other providers, and do not process card payments on our site. Bookings and payments are made directly with the relevant third-party provider on their terms.
We may receive fees or commissions when you click certain links, generate itineraries or complete a booking with a provider. This does not increase the price you pay. We aim to label commercial content and make disclosures in line with applicable UK CMA/ASA guidance.
We are not a “package organiser” under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. Any ATOL/ABTA protection (if applicable) is provided by the relevant provider, not by us. Always check the provider’s terms and protection status before purchase.
3. Accuracy, availability & pricing
Results on FlightBid.net are based on information supplied by third-party providers and may change quickly. Due to caching, latency and frequent provider updates, final availability, inclusions (e.g. baggage, seats) and the total price may differ at checkout.
You should always review the full price breakdown, fare rules, ancillary charges and conditions on the provider’s site before completing a booking.
4. Privacy
We handle personal data as a controller under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, our lawful bases, retention periods, sharing with partners and your rights (including access, deletion, portability and objection).
For privacy-related requests, email support@flightbid.net or legal@flightbid.net.
6. Security & responsible disclosure
We apply industry-standard measures (e.g. encryption in transit, access controls, hardened hosting) to help protect data and the platform. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to reduce risk.
Please do not conduct security testing without our prior written consent. Report suspected vulnerabilities or incidents to legal@flightbid.net.
7. Copyright & intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, site content (including text, graphics and code) is © JS Technologies Ltd. The content and marks of third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Trade mark: FlightBid® is a registered trade mark of JS Technologies Ltd in the United Kingdom (No. UK00004249121; classes 35, 39, 42, 43). Use the ® symbol only in the UK; elsewhere use ™ where appropriate. For permission or trade-mark enquiries, contact legal@flightbid.net.
8. Accessibility
We aim to align with WCAG 2.1 guidelines and support assistive technologies. If you encounter accessibility barriers, please contact support@flightbid.net.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
This legal information and any related disputes are governed by the law of England & Wales, with the courts of England & Wales having exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to consumers in their country of residence. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
